We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler I to join our team. The Mechanical Assembler 1 should be able to read assembly documentation and provide high quality of work with guidance. The Mechanical Assembler 1 is capable of assembling hardware stacks, mechanical assemblies, and have a desire to produce a quality product.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions to efficiently assemble mechanical components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble, adjust, and repair mechanical parts.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Work ExperienceRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembler or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
